Responsibilities:

1. Client Relations: Build strong and lasting relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs, understanding their preferences, and providing personalized solutions for buying or selling properties in Polk County.

2. Property Listing and Marketing: Create compelling property listings, including professional photographs and engaging descriptions, to showcase properties to potential buyers. Utilize various marketing channels to maximize property exposure and generate leads.

3. Showings and Negotiations: Conduct property showings, ensuring clients receive a comprehensive understanding of each property's features. Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms and conditions for all parties.

4. Business Casual Attire: Maintain a polished and professional appearance by adhering to the business casual dress code while meeting clients, attending team meetings, and representing the agency.

5. Growth Mindset: Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and market conditions to provide clients with the most relevant and informed advice.

6. Team Meetings and Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing insights and collaborating with fellow agents to support each other's success. Embrace a culture of teamwork and collaboration, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment.

7. Masterminding: Engage in mastermind sessions with other team members to leverage collective knowledge, share ideas, and collectively solve challenges, leading to innovative strategies and successful outcomes for our clients.

8. Experienced or New Real Estate Agents: We welcome both experienced real estate agents and those who are new to the industry. If you're passionate about real estate and willing to learn and grow, we provide comprehensive training and mentorship to help you thrive in your role.

Requirements:

- Active real estate license in the state of Florida.
